Hollie+Jimmy in QLD Bride

Hollie + Jimmy's wedding is famous! Some of their wedding pics made Vivid Photography's ad in the latest Qld Bride Mag.

Hollie's apple place cards also made a cameo. What a cute styling idea Hollie! As I have mentioned in a previous blog, Hollie is now styling and designing weddings and events.

REAL WEDDINGS - Karen + James

This week I am showcasing Karen and James’s wedding which took place in August this year. This wedding was like no other I had done before. Two ceremonies and two receptions on the one day!

Karen looked amazing in her “Darb” dress (James you looked pretty spunky too!) Karen’s dreamy bouquet was made from the talented Roberta at Green & Bloom.

The day began at Bretts Wharf. The happy couple tied the knot in front of 200 guests on the lawn. Whilst guests enjoyed some culinary delights and refreshing drinks on a beautiful winter’s day, Karen and James amongst close family took part in the traditional tea ceremony.

The evening festivities kicked off at Gustos Restaurant at Portside. The black and white stripped linen and styling from Jodie from W.Edding & Co. made the room pop.

The delightful individual cakes were made by Contemporary Cakes and Catering.

The day was captured by Vivid Photography and Playback Productions.

REAL WEDDINGS - Hollie + Jimmy

I am very excited to share some images of Hollie + Jimmy's wedding held in July. I simply adored this wedding. Set in Tambourine on the Bride's parents property. This was the perfect backdrop for a perfect winter's day country wedding. 50 of Hollie and Jimmy's closest family and friends helped celebrate the couple's special day. The ceremony was held by the lake followed by a banquet style lunch, games and an evening bonfire. Thank you to Vivid Photography for capturing the day in style and Absolutely Fabulous Flowers for providing the always fabulous centrepieces and florals.

Wedding List Co. – A wedding list for every couple

Many engaged couples are now living together before tying the knot so the wedding registry and wishing well has become a popular choice for brides and grooms.

I am really excited to report the Wedding List Co. has landed in Brisbane. Located just off James St in the trendy New Farm precinct, the Wedding List Co. provides couples with an array of stylish wedding gifts and diverse contribution options.

Couples are no longer restricted to gifts from Myer and David Jones. They can now choose from over 8,000 gifts from over 300 top quality brands (such as Coco Republic, Florence Broadhurst Artwork, Jackie Shapiro) and numerous contribution options (including furniture, artwork, charity, landscaping, honeymoon, renovation fund, luggage, experiences) and the list goes on.

No more spending countless hours writing down long bar codes. The Wedding List Co. guarantees you will be done and dusted within two pain free hours. Any additional inclusions or changes can be simply made online. Wedding guests can also make purchases online without having to step foot into a busy department store.

Wedding List Co. also boosts they have over 1000 gifts on special at any one time and their delivery and wrapping is at least 50% cheaper than the traditional department store registry services.

To learn more about the Wedding List Co. jump on their website at http://www.weddinglistco.com.au/ or pop down to the very swanky Brisbane showroom.

A handful of Brisbane's leading wedding specialists came together earlier this year to work on a collaborative Wedding project.
