Real Wedding - Sarah + Dmitri

This was a very special Wedding. Sarah + Dmitri got married in the magnificent Greek Orthodox Church, followed by pre-drinks at the Laneway Bar then onto Moda for a night of great spanish food, wine, laughter and lots of love! The radiant Bride wore a vintage inspired DARB gown. Simple rustic touches were used to compliment MODA's courtyard and a spanish flamenco guitarist sat in the corner and serenaded the crowd all night with his soft romantic tunes. A magical night for a very special couple. Big thank you to Dan O'Day for the stunning images.

What an entrance! Moda is the perfect setting for a romantic wedding reception.

This rustic seating chart was such a fantastic feature.

The simple but oh so enchanting centrepieces.

The 100% gorgeous bonbonniere.

Soft romantic light + scattered moss = magical.

The guests were serenaded by flamenco guitarist, Gerard.

Javier worked his culinary magic and produced this amazing feast.

We love this photo! You can see the Bride's expression to the groom's heart felt speech on the mirrored window panel.

And they lived happily ever after...

w+w real weddings - wedding coordination + full planning

If you pick up the latest Discerning Bride magazine you will come across two of our weddings - Marie + Fabio and Cindi + David. Two very different style weddings however equally beautiful. We provided these couples with different planning services...

We come onboard at the later stages of Marie + Fabio's wedding as their Wedding Day Coordinator. This beautiful wedding was held at MODA Portside in September 2011 on the night of Riverfire. We helped them pull together their runsheet, tied up loose ends and were onsite on the day ensuring the room looked beautiful and the day ran smoothly.

Cindi + David's wedding held at the Topiaries at Beaumont, Stamford took on a 1920's Shanghai feel. We worked with Cindi + David from the very beginning. From finding the venue, getting them connected to the right wedding suppliers and being their on the day to ensure the day was seamless.

Great weddings and memories!

Real Wedding - Olarne + Damian

A private ceremony was followed by a intimate dinner in the following weeks at Alchemy Restaurant for close family and friends. The guests were entertained by the beautiful sounds of Bre while watching a slide show of the couples private ceremony moments and sipping champagne under the stars. With an amazing dinner to follow, this was a wedding to remember!

Real Weddings - Cindi + David

‎1920's Shanghai infused with Western traditions was the underlying style theme for Cindi + David's Wedding. David is a professional drum player, Cindi favourite colours are red and turquoise and both love cats. So we tried to incorporate all these loves into the day as well. Set in the beautiful countryside in Samford, Cindi + David's wedding day included traditional Chinese door games, tea ceremony, a western ceremony followed by a sit down reception.

Styling by Hollie Noonan and photography by Lara Luz (all the way from Melbourne). The amazing stationary was from Invitation Station, flowers from Bouquet Boutique and and the Dress by George Wu. Fun couple, great day!
