Real Wedding - Cath + David

w+w was lucky enough to assist Hollie Noonan Styling with Cathy + David's wedding. Splashes of vibrant colours, a signing canvas, mood lighting, a fun cake and trees transformed this warehouse into a fun vibrant space. We loved this wedding!

Just a little something to brighter up your Friday! This wedding brings back nice memories. Set in the lush green grounds of an inner city golf club. I can't believe it has been nearly one year since Megan and Steven tied the knot.

Wedding trends we are loving!

Here are some of the wedding trends white+white are loving right now...

Slate grey for groom and groomsmen - Grey suits are a relaxed twist on the traditional grooms look.

Mix matched bridesmaid dresses - Bridesmaids dresses no longer need to be uniform. Change things up a bit by changing the styles or even using different colours that will tie in with the rest of your wedding.

Photo booths/props - More and more weddings are having photo booths as a fun option. Mix it up with fun props and watch the fun unfold.

Turquoise touches - Be bold and choose statement colours to focus your wedding around. Turquoise is a very popular colour at the moment and will give your wedding that wow factor.

Garden themed - The country garden wedding look has been making a huge splash in the wedding scene lately. Go for wild flowers in vases, wooden furniture and soft colours.

Remember to keep it personal - Your wedding is just that, it's yours. The cutest weddings are those that incorporate little bits of the bride and groom. Make it YOURS!

Instead of a lolly bar, a fantastic and fun idea for your wedding reception is to add a gelati bar or an ice cream parlour. Think Fair Isle sweaters, Vineyard Vines ties, Tommy Hilfiger blazers or Ralph Lauren and channel your inner Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl. Incorporate The "Ivy League Look" in details like plaids,stripes and geometrics in bold bright colours of Navy with Green, Yellow or Fuchsia. A Hamptons or even Cape Cod nautical feel would be a perfect remix of retro, preppy sensibility.
